Soft Brush: Bring a good baby brush or other brush with soft bristles. Daily after brushing your teeth, gently brush your lips with a baby brush. It will remove the dead cell and help a lot. Use only a soft bristle brush otherwise, it can hurt your lips.
Napkin or a Soft Cloth: You can use a napkin or a soft cloth instead of a brush if it hurts. Use it similarly after brushing your teeth. Rub soft cloth or napkin to lips gently.
Oil or Butter: Use any kind of oil like coconut, olive, Vitamin E, butter on lips daily after brush and before going to sleep. It helps a lot for luscious lips.
Beeswax, Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Lemon Juice: Take 1 tablespoon each of Coconut oil, Sunflower, and Beeswax and mix in a bowl. Then warm it for 10-15 minutes. Add a few drops of lemon into the mixture. Once it becomes normal applies it to your lips. Apply this once a day.
Rose Petal and Milk cream: Take 1-2 Rose petals. Mix petals with 1 tablespoon Milk cream and mash it to make a thick paste. Apply the paste to your lips and leave it to dry for 20-30 minutes. Then wash it out with normal water. Apply this once a day.
