Summer Skin Care Tips: Skin is the most sensitive part of our body, so it needs to be protected. Well, heatwaves, blistering sun, and UV rays are common in the summer sessions. These can affect the skin seriously if no protection is compiled. Although there is various suncream available in the market it can be helpful. Even most of us used them. For an alternative and effective solution, you can try homemade remedies. Homemade remedies are not only economical but more effective and give you priceless results.

Summer Skin Care Tips

Sandalwood and Rosewater: Take 2 tablespoons of Sandalwood and 1 tablespoon of Rosewater in a bowl. Mix them well to make a thick paste. Wash your face with normal water, then apply the paste to your face and neck. Keep it for 30-40 minutes. Then wash it out with normal water.
This face pack helps you from suns burn effectively.

Fuller’s Earth, Turmeric Powder, and Gram Flour: Take 1 tablespoon of Fuller’s Earth kept it in a bowl with 1/2 bowl of water overnight. Then, in the morning remove the water and add ½ tablespoon of Turmeric Powder, 1 tablespoon Gram Flour, and a few drops of water. Mix them well to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it for 30-45 minutes to dry. Then wash it out with normal water and clean it with a towel or any other soft cloth.

Homemade Remedies For Summer Skin Care

Gram Flour, Curd, and Lemon Juice: Take 2 tablespoons of Gram Flour add 1 tablespoon of Curd, and 5-6 drops of Lemon Juice. Mix them to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face, and neck, and leave it for 30 minutes. Then wash it out with normal water.
This Face pack is effective not only for summer skin protection but also in whitening the skin.

Lemon and Aloe Vera Paste: Take a 2-inch piece of Aloe Vera leaves remove its Gel and add a few drops of Lemon Juice to it. Mix them to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face and leave it to dry for 30 minutes. Then wash it out with normal water.
This can be used as a bleaching and provide you protection against sun burn.

Honey, Turmeric Powder, and Yogurt: Take 1 tablespoon each of Honey and Turmeric powder and add 1 ½ tablespoon of Yogurt. Mix them to make a thick paste. Apply the mixture to your face and neck and leave it to dry for 30-40 minutes. Then wash it out with normal water.
This Face pack will help you to keep your skin moisturized which is required on summer days.

Keep Yourself Hydrated: Drink a lot of water at least 2 L to 4 L per day. If you cannot drink water too much then you can try Juice. Eat water-rich fruits and vegetables.

Avoid too much sugar and carbohydrate. Try to avoid too much oily food.
